  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will notify you if there is any delay.

. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and unforeseen circumstances.

. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at thewoodenhandicraft99@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or replace the product, as per our Refund and Return Policy.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International orders are not available at this time.
